Steaks are cut approximately 1.25 inches in thickness. We prefer to cook our Grass Fed Steaks on a very hot grill. It doesn't take long to achieve target internal temperatures. Always remember that steak temps continue to rise after they are removed from the grill. It is very easy to overcook a grassfed beef steak. We always recommend wrapping in foil when removing from cooking surface and allowing steaks to rest at least 15 minutes before serving. A grass-fed ribeye is one of the most delicious cuts of beef you can eat when cooked properly. You can do it!
